Refund policy
Requests for refunds or replacements must be filed within 30 days of the order placement, and are only accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products. We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse.
We do not accept returns for quality assurance reasons, but will instead offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement for any item that qualifies.
We will require your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product before processing any request.
We reserve the right to deny the requests of any account that abuses our refund policy.
